Chartered in 1921 as a mixed local, Ironworkers Local 377 proudly represents over 3,000 men and women engaged in the ironworking industry in the greater San Francisco Bay Area and North Coast. Local 377’s Website is intended to provide current information of interest and facilitate communication with members, contractors and other stakeholders, community and elected leaders, and the general public.
Local 377 goals:
To organize our industry to raise the standard of living of all ironworkers;
To foster and promote a safe jobsite work environment through safety training and programs;

Ironworkers Local 377 has served northern California for 90 years along the coast from Big Sur to the Oregon border, throughout the coastal counties. Our members include apprentices, who complete a four-year intensive training program, experienced journeymen, and retirees who continue to contribute to the success of our organization through their involvement.
Ironworkers learn and spend their careers practicing numerous crafts in often challenging, high-risk locations. Local 377 prides itself in safety and quality in all of its crafts, including:
