The Field Iron Workers Apprenticeship & Training Program offers an intense free three-week training that focuses on developing skills to become an Ironworker.

Those who complete the course are scouted by our signatory contractors who secure their employment immediately.

Ironworkers Local 377 provides second-to-none training for its apprentices who are up for the challenge. Our program’s hands-on learning, classroom instruction and job-site experience all come together to provide our apprentices with the most comprehensive education in the ironworking crafts.
