Political Action – Be Informed – Be Active
Politics and public policy – why get involved?
Many Americans feel disconnected from our elected leaders and the decision makers who impact our work, schools and families. Local 377 strives to orchestrate meaningful and worthwhile political action and campaign activities that will serve to make us part of the process and promote our priorities and values.

Support for working families
Jobs for our members
Development and infrastructure that leads to yes…more jobs!

Engaging and educating our members in the policy-making process is the first step to impact WHO our decision makers are and HOW they do their jobs. Voting is the next step. Finally, organized action is how we turn information and membership numbers into influence!

Training the Best - to be the Best!

Ironworkers Local 377 provides second-to-none training for its apprentices who are up for the challenge. Our program’s hands-on learning, classroom instruction and job-site experience all come together to provide our apprentices with the most comprehensive education in the ironworking crafts.
